Our Charcoal Roast Tea is hand-picked tea and made with original oolong leaves cultivated in a high altitude from Alishan (Mt. Ali). You would taste a light smoky flavor during the initial steeping, and with a pleasant balance of bitter and sweet notes in the finish. Besides, we chose our premium oolong tea and gradually roast the tea in small intervals that had undergone four stages of roasting at a medium temperature.

- Flavor: Dried apricots, roasted pecans, and molasses flavor profile. Sweet, dry, smoky, mellow finish.
