In Taiwan, due to the planting area of tea is not very big and has fertile soil which is good for tea cultivars to grow stronger. Moreover, we usually plunk the tea with one-tip two-leaf; therefore, Taiwanese tea has a mellow flavor and a sweet aftertaste which could be rebrewed for many times.
