Our Light Roast Oolong Tea is hand-picked tea made with original oolong leaves cultivated in a high altitude from Alishan (Mt. Ali). You would taste the aroma of natural sugar cane. Besides, we chose our premium oolong tea and gradually roast the tea in small intervals that had undergone four stages of roasting at a lower temperature.
  • Fermentation: 35 – 40 %
  • Roast: 10% (Dry 4 times)
  • Flavor: Dried fruit, cedar aroma. Sweet, smoky finish.
