Our Alpine Honey Fragrance Oolong tea is cultivated in a high elevation in Alishan (Mt. Ali). We rarely happen to see grasshoppers in Alishan.  After the tea was bitten by the grasshoppers, the tea itself had a healing ability which enhanced the tea polyphenols activity of the leaves and increased the content of catechin, making the tea flavor unforgettable.

  • Fermentation: 35-40%
  • Roast: 10% (Dry 4 times)
  • Flavor: Honeyed, sweet, and fruity aroma.
